Staying on top of things...

Well, speaking of staying on top of things... I had to scroll quite a ways down my facebook page to find the last time I blogged. GUILTY. But I'm back, for those of you that actually read this thing... Although probably not many, I like to think of it as good therapy for me.

So, as you know, being that I go to OSU and we are still on quarters as of this year, I have just now made a dent into fall quarter. I really do love and enjoy all of my classes... but there's just this one little thing. Ok, BIG thing... I have a lot of reading. Which to some of you doesn't sound so bad. Reading. That's easy... Well if you're anything like me, you know that reading is like insta-sleep medicine. Kind of like TV... But I realize that in order to successfully pass all my classes I must read. Must do it! As you can probably guess, I am already a tad behind. BUT -- I have implemented a schedule for myself. Today: Abnormal psych and Pathophysiology.
On a positive note, I have met some great people in the SAMP program and am looking for opportunities to get involved. (Anything to beef up my application, for when that time comes around). Speaking of "that time". It's COMING! Didn't think I would be saying that for what felt like forever. One of my classes is preparing us for grad school and all the knitpicky details that go into the testing/application processes. Today the head admissions advisor for the OT/PT programs came to speak with those of us that are interested.. What helpful words... some freighting, but helpful. All I can say is, some day I will be one of those 40.

So, I said I would do some reading.. can't do that one here..

Until next time, Happy Fall. I know you all are enjoying it (cough...cough) as much as I am. (cough... cough)
